About me
Hello I'm Nikki Charrett a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Chandlers Ford, near Winchester, Southampton, Eastleigh and Romsey. For over 16 years I've supported, individuals and couples through the challenge's that life and relationships bring. Whether it's betrayal, constant arguments, separation, anxiety or that quiet sense of loneliness that creeps in, I understand how overwhelming it feels when you're stuck in pain and don't know where to turn.
My approach is warm and real. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive conversation, never cold or clinical and my job is to help you find clarity, balance and hope again. My aim is always to help you feel better quickly, while building lasting change that supports you long after our work together.

I offer a 30 minute face to face or telephone appointment free of charge with no obligation should you wish.
I am not able to offer a complimentary 30 minute appointment to couples but please feel free to call me to discuss your requirements.
Payment may be made by cash or electronic transfer before the beginning of each session.
