I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over 16 years with extensive experience in successfully helping clients improve their relationships, mental health and wellbeing. I am highly experienced in working with clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, intrusive and unwanted thoughts, stress, work related issues, relationship issues, affairs, insecurity, trust and betrayal, sadness, berevement and more.
As a relationship counsellor I am highly experienced in helping couples find resolution and connection through improved communication and understanding.

Fully insured
Fees and appointments
Individuals £60.00 per one hour session (this includes time to discuss and arrange further sessions)
I offer an initial 30 minute consultation free of charge either over the telephone or face to face for individuals
Couples £85.00 per 1 hour and 15 minute session (this includes time to discuss and arrange further sessions)
Payment may be made by cash or electronic transfer at the end of each session.
Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday to Thursday
