I have been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over 16 years with extensive experience in successfully helping clients improve their relationships, mental health and wellbeing. I am highly experienced in working with clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, intrusive and unwanted thoughts, stress, work related issues, relationship issues, affairs, insecurity, trust and betrayal, sadness, bereavement and more.
As a relationship counsellor I am highly experienced in helping couples find resolution and connection through improved communication and understanding.

Fees
I offer a 30 minute face to face or telephone appointment free of charge with no obligation should you wish.
I am not able to offer a complimentary 30 minute appointment to couples but please feel free to call me to discuss your requirements.
Payment may be made by cash or electronic transfer at the end of each session.

My practice is located in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire within easy access of Eastleigh, Winchester, Southampton and surrounding areas. There is free parking available and and my practice is located on the first floor of the building.
I am flexible and understand that sometimes life events prevent us from keeping appointments. I will always do my best to accommodate your requirements but I do require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday to Thursday.
