I have supported individuals who have experienced difficulties with the following issues:

Talking about your problems with a trained professional can offer you a new perspective and help you develop deeper insight into your thoughts, feelings and emotions. As a consequence of this many people find they are able to make better decisions for themselves and lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
Couples
Counselling can help you explore your relationship and feelings together in a non judgemental environment where you can both be heard equally.
The counsellor does not take sides but instead helps to facilitate effective communication between you, so that you can resolve differences and difficulties together.

My practice is located in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire within easy access of Eastleigh, Winchester, Southampton and surrounding areas. There is free parking available and and my practice is located on the first floor of the building.
I am flexible and understand that sometimes life events prevent us from keeping appointments. I will always do my best to accommodate your requirements but I do require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday to Thursday.
